On Saturday April 26th, Alpha Kappa Lambda held its Spring 2008 formal in Virginia Beach. A good time was had by all. Congratulations to graduating seniors Alex Haut, Colin "Porky" Smith, Jesse Ryan Kirk, and Ryan "Think About It" Newcomb. You will be missed.

Richmond's annual Monument 10k run took place on Saturday, April 5th 2008 in an effort to raise funds for cancer. Several Bothers were in attendance to assist volunteers in handing out water to thirsty runners. Two of the Brothers present, Angelito Alacbay and Alexander Farrell (aka Brown Town), were photographed by a Richmond Times-Dispatch reporter as they were giving out high-fives.

Outgoing seniors Forrest Morgan, Brian Beckner, and Chris Horan were toasted at the Alpha Kappa Lambda semi-formal held at Lucky Buddha on December 1st, 2007. Ryan Newcomb also publicly announced his intention to run for Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
